Robert Petricek is IT professional with over 11 years of experience in consulting, technology and industrial environment. He is experienced in SAP infrastructure, application operations and database management, primarily focusing on SAP HANA platform, Basis, Authorizations and Security, SAP GRC, SAP Solution Manager, and other.

Tibor Tarabek is the founder of Microsoft in Slovakia and served 5 consecutive years as its General Manager. He then founded the subsidiary of eTel, Inc., one of the first alternative telecom operators in the Central European region; where he later also served as the Managing Director. He also has great experience in the system integration of complex information systems, managing of the companies as the CEO/COO/CIO and in the area of Sales, Marketing and International Business. Several years he has been active in the area of internet and online marketing. In August 2009 he has established the most successful online creative marketing agency in Slovakia – Zaraguza Digital – which in the very first year of existence has won two of the most important marketing prizes in Slovakia – Golden and Bronze Nails for its online marketing projects and campaigns. After quitting with Zaraguza in 2011 he worked on the project of the complex information system for employment and recruitment – Recagent “Work for You”, which was accepted and run by the RTVS (Radio and Television of Slovakia). He then became the Director of Strategic Development and Technology of the RTVS. Now, he serves as CIO and Member of the Board of DECENT.
